About these terms

CareCertified (carecertified.co.uk) provides free online courses. These terms apply to the website and to any free place we offer.

Free places and applications

• Courses are free. We do not charge to apply or for an approved place.
• We manually review all applications and reply by email.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We may approve, decline or ask for more information, and may limit places.
• You must give accurate information.

The courses

• Courses are online and self-paced. On successful completion you receive a digital certificate of completion.
• Courses are CPD accredited. CPD accreditation is not a regulated qualification.
• The Care Certificate course covers the knowledge element only. Practical assessment and sign-off are carried out by your employer.
• The Paediatric First Aid course is an online knowledge course. We do not claim it meets Early Years Foundation Stage or any regulator's first aid requirements.
• You are responsible for checking that a course meets the training your employer or regulator requires.

Acceptable use

Do not share your access with others, submit false applications, misuse the forms, or interfere with the site. We may refuse or withdraw a place where these terms are broken.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the courses are provided free and as described, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer to use the courts where you live.
