IP address and browser details
When you view a page, click a link or button, start or submit a form, our server records your IP address and browser details (user agent) and sends them, together with the event and any form details you submitted, to our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This happens server-side, for every visitor, and cannot be switched off from your browser. If you do not want this, please do not use the site.
Who receives your data
- Our CRM provider, which stores applications, messages and visit events on our behalf.
- Our hosting and email-forwarding provider, which delivers the site and email sent to info@carecertified.co.uk.
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact records for as long as we need them to review and administer your application and to keep reasonable records, then delete them. Visit events are kept for as long as they are useful for security and understanding use of the site. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to our use of it, and ask for a copy. Email info@carecertified.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
