About CareCertified

We provide free online courses and review every application for a place by hand. We want learners to know exactly what each course covers, how long it takes and what the certificate does and does not show. That is why each course page sets out its limits as clearly as its content.

Our courses are free to learners. We do not charge for the learning, the assessment or the certificate of completion.

You need to sign up for a place on any of our courses, and a member of our team reviews every application manually. This is why access is not instant. We do not use automatic approval, and we do not promise a start date.

When you pass a course assessment, you can receive a certificate of completion issued by CareCertified. Our courses are CPD accredited.

A certificate of completion shows that you finished an online course. It is not a regulated qualification. In care, the employer is responsible for deciding that a worker is competent, and we make clear on each course page where an employer's observation or practical training is needed.

When you apply, you give us personal information so that we can review your application and set up your learning. We explain how we use it in our privacy policy.

We want our learners to finish a course knowing more than when they started, and to be clear about what the course does and does not give them. We would rather tell you that a course is not the right fit than leave you with the wrong impression. If you have feedback on a course or this website, please email us so that we can improve it.
